Satsback may be voided in cases of returns, order cancellations, combining of promotions, or usage of certain coupon codes. Satsback is based on the order subtotal and may be reduced in cases of order modifications. At FedEx, the following are not eligible for satsback: FedEx Office in-center print orders, FedEx Office print app orders, finishing-only orders; FedEx Office Design & Print Center, self-service print, fax or scan, direct Mail, EDDM, postage, delivery or rush order charges and taxes, and in-center retail items.
