More recently, Traffic People's 30s stylings have been supplemented by nods to later decades, bringing in such designs as the 50s wiggle dress and swing skirt, and stylings such as 70s disco glamour. Traffic People was shortlisted for Young Fashion Brand of the Year" Drapers Award 2018. From the beginning, Traffic People has looked to a small in-house design team to create elegant and wearable designs, constantly evolving from one season to the next.
